At the Teachlab Blog I found a collection of videos about project drafts and paper mockups from a seminar on mobile learning in Bremen University.

this video highlights some changes especially in development countries. Learning about diseases, food distribution, social support against discrimination, fair elections by instant messaging, collective news reporting, finding jobs through SMS marketplaces, accessing market prices for goods from the countryside.
